The Employee of the Month contest is held to motivate employees to achieve high performance indicators.
The key nomination criteria include:
- customer orientation,
- working on expectations.
All BILLA employees participate in voting, which takes place from the 1st to the 20th day of every month. The winner is determined by the highest number of votes received.
The winner’s rewards are graded as follows:
- A photograph on the board of honor,
- Branch-wide communication,
- Publication in corporate media (wall newspaper, social networks, etc.),
- A 300 UAH gift certificate.
An employee winning the Employee of the Month title for three months in a row will receive an additional incentive from the company’s management in the form of a bonus payment.
